I can’t believe I bought a mothership and at NAMM some complete tool was super rude from your stupid company and after I was allowed to sit on one of your couches to tie my shoe because my hands were full the boss at your booth kicked me out and yelled at me. Did not get to tie my shoe and I will be selling and getting a solution by a company run by cooler folks like Apogee, RME or Lynx and I will never recommend them at any mastering studio build in the future it’s just putting a stupid transformer and op-amp in a converter. You can introduce transformers and op-amps anywhere you want in the signal chain I’ll take clean conversion and dirty up the signal myself because I don’t trust assholes

Burl Rule Period..!Everything they make is awesomely spectacular. I have Mothership, B2, B1, B1d, and a B26. I use the B26 for one important application, I sum mix outputs from my MCI, Thermionic Fat Bastard and Chandler EMI mixer, because the B26 has 5 stereo inputs and you can select one or all of those stereo inputs. Awesome!!

I always wanted a burl setup but I have no idea how to connect it straight to the computer like your normal audio interfaces with thunderbolt and or usb.

Summing/converters makes a huge difference you have to hear it to believe. Burl Audio and Dangerous music are the only ones that I could hear a considerable improvement in the width and punch of the low end. Its totally worth it!!!

i have all the Hendrix Winterland recordings- "The Jimi Hendrix Concerts", " 3 Nights In Winterland" and the Winterland CD on the" Ryko" lable, and this one which compared to the others has a flat and compressed sound. There's no depth or richness to Mitch's drums,, at times it sounds like he's banging on cardboard boxes.. if you have those other recordings of Winterland listen and compare them you'll hear the difference with this release.

Could Eddie use Peter Jackson's super AI that he used to clean up the get back sessions to clean up some of the Hendrix bootlegs? There are some awesome performances out there marred by bad quality and audience noise.
